Will my driver be on time?
Yes. Every ride is entered in the VTC and GO calendar before it is confirmed. For an airport or a station, your flight or train number lets us follow your actual arrival. You get a reminder the day before, then a link to follow your driver live on the day.
How do I know a driver is available at my time?
Your booking is only confirmed if the calendar is free at that time. If it is not, we let you know, offer another time when possible, and no payment is taken.
Am I insured during the ride?
Yes. VTC and GO is insured with BPCE IARD for motor liability, passengers included, and for professional liability. The company is listed on the French register of private-hire operators (no. EVTC075200028).
Who will my driver be?
Jordan, founder of VTC and GO and a licensed professional driver, or a partner driver he has selected, for example for a van. More than 10,000 rides completed and a 5/5 rating from 140+ verified reviews (AFNOR certified).
Can the price change during the ride?
No. The price shown before you book is the price you pay: it does not go up with traffic or at peak times. Only a change you ask for, such as a stop or a different destination, can alter it.
