The price you see when you book is the price you pay: it does not depend on traffic, the time of day or the day of the week. A return trip is booked in one go, and the way back is charged at the same fare.
Sedan or van: which vehicle should you choose?
- Premium Sedan (Tesla Model Y): up to 3 passengers and 4 bags, with water and a phone charger on board. This is the car driven by Jordan, the founder.
- Group Van: up to 7 passengers and 7 bags, for a family, a group or bulky luggage.
How long does the journey take?
From central Paris, allow 30 to 45 minutes to Orly and 40 minutes to 1 hour to Charles de Gaulle, depending on the time and the traffic. The price stays the same if the journey takes longer. For a flight, plan to be at the airport about 2 hours before departure (3 hours for a long-haul flight): the pick-up time suggested when you book takes this into account.
What happens when you land?
- Flight number: add it when you book, and the pick-up time follows your actual landing time.
- Meet & Greet with a name sign: your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall. It is an option you tick for an airport pick-up.
- Live tracking: a WhatsApp message tells you when your driver is on the way, with a link to watch the car approach on the map.
Private driver, taxi or public transport: which is best?
The RER B train, Orlyval or the tram cost less for one person travelling light. A private driver makes sense as soon as you travel with others, with luggage, early in the morning or late at night, or when you want a fixed price agreed in advance and a pick-up at your door. Because the price is per vehicle, it is shared: €70 for three people to Orly comes to about €23 each.
How do you book and pay?
- Enter your pick-up, destination, date and time on vtc-and-go.com: the price appears before you give your details.
- Choose the vehicle and options (child seat, Meet & Greet, flight number).
- Pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in the car on the day. An invoice is emailed to you after payment.
