Accessibility

VTC and GO wants everyone to be able to book and follow their ride, whatever their disability. This is a translation; the French version prevails.

01 · Our commitment

The site follows digital accessibility best practice, with WCAG 2.2 level AA as our target. No full conformance audit has been carried out yet, so we claim no official conformance.

02 · What is in place

  • Text and background contrast checked automatically on the main pages, in light and dark mode.
  • Input errors written under each field, never shown by colour alone.
  • Fields, buttons and icons named for screen readers.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 pixels on phones.
  • Light or dark mode following your device setting.
  • Reduced animation on the map and live tracking when your device asks for reduced motion.

03 · Reduced mobility and specific needs

VTC and GO can welcome passengers who are able to sit in a standard vehicle seat, together with mobility equipment that can be carried safely (cane, walker, folding wheelchair).

As the vehicle is not specially adapted, it cannot carry a passenger who needs to remain in their wheelchair during the journey.

For any specific need, please mention it when booking (“Specific need” box in your details) so that we can check the conditions of the ride.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with the regulations in force.
